A letter I should really send into the HJ

So I was coming home last night from a late showing of The Golden Compass, had my blinker on to turn into my driveway, and I got pulled over. Reason? License plate not illuminated with little lightbulbs. (Didn't get a ticket, or I'd be really ticked.) I've also been pulled over at night for not signaling for long enough before turning.

Logan cops are so lonely at night that they'll search for the slightest detail to stop you about; things they'd never bother with in the day. Perhaps your tires are not filled to the correct psi? Time to have a talk. Rear wiper not working? That's a public danger, missy. Hm, I can sense you're 400 miles overdue for your oil change: better run your license, you menace.

Thank you, Logan cops, for keeping our streets safe.

Well, try to look on the bright side. If there are so few violent crimes, that they have time to pull you over for a license plate light being out, then you must be living in a very nice place.

I miss Logan!

well you didn't get pulled over during the day because you don't need your licence plate light druing the day.

I got "pulled over" one time when I was driving to your apartment late. Only I didn't notice that I was being pulled over until I got out of the car and started walking to the apartment. His lights were on, but I didn't see them. That's probably why he asked me if I was drunk. He pulled me over for not signaling when no one else was on the road. Well, I guess he was.

I don't think this really has anything to do with Logan cops. I think it's because you supported an Atheist. God is pissed and wanted revenge (it was either getting pulled over or getting turned into a pillar of salt.)
