Spreading the Gospel of CalorieKing's Excercise and Nutrition Manager

I'm in love with the health tracking software put out by CalorieKing. Health managment really is in the numbers, it turns out. That is, maintaining a daily calorie deficit: input (eating) vs. output (existing, excercising). In order to do that, of course, one must count calories. Everyone's always hated to do that (including me), but with this software, which is backed by a comprehensive food database, tracking the numbers is easier than ever.

The software is fully customizable to your personal needs and goals, and the interface is intuitive. Not only can you track calories with it, but other nutrients and elements that interest you as well (i.e., calcium, cholesterol, protein). Finally, it's capable of generating various useful reports.

The free trial is downloadable for both Mac and PC.

Very fun! I'll have to keep this in-mind for my after baby days when I can actually excercise and eat like a normal person again. =) I'm sure I'll be looking to get rid of some baby weight.
