G and I hit SLC yesterday for the Ani DiFranco concert, with general messing around beforehand. The messing around involved the Centerville DI, Gandolfo's, my favorite bookstores, a fair amount of walking, a couple of strange shops of ephemera (a newfound word that I love to use when I get a chance), and impromptu strawberry shortcake. Ani put on a high-energy, high-quality show, as expected. Good times were had by all, in spite of the broiling heat and a few touch-and-go moments with fellow concert-goers.

Were you causing trouble at the concert? You really need to quit going to those drunk. That's just looking for trouble!
When I was talking with Ani the other day, she seemed excited to come to SLC :-) Sounds like it was a good day and a good show!
