i don't think listing dad is so bad. :)

all that comes to mind right this second is whiskers that aren't attached to an animal. . . eeyuck!

I enjoyed Troy's take on your list, Carrie, and Robin's comment just cracks me up. I'm not too afraid of spiders and I love lightning, but I HATE lightning fast spiders (like I had in my house in Bountiful that were smart, too, and would run up on the top of my smashing shoe).

So, (in no particular order)
1. Lightning fast spiders in Bountiful
2 Scary movies
3. Being in bed by myself at night and hearing noises in the house.
4. My feet being on unsteady things (skates, skiis)
5. Having a little "chat" with the boss
6. losing my son
7. getting really hurt
8. going through a plane crash
9. finding gross things in my food (fingers, bandaids, rats, etc)
10. having an operation and still being conscious.
11. epidurals (though I'll still do it)
12. being in a situation where I know the only outcome is death.
13. being burned alive

I have three children, and therefore NOTHING scares me!!! :)

(True story, my grandma used to live next door to the Smithfoeld Cemetary, and my cousins and I would spend the night there in sleeping bags. It was AWESOME!! And by the way, now my Grandma is dead, and is a permanant resident of the same cemetary.) :)

Happy Halloween!!

Hmmmm...

1. Moths (Mark and I have a deal, I do the spiders and he takes care of the moths).
2. Heights
3. Drowning
4. Death of a child.
5. An intruder.
6. Natural Disasters.
7. Not being prepared for the Second Coming.
8. Snakes
9. Pale Chinese girls that live in the attic.
10. Looking in the mirror when it's dark.
11. Getting an incurable disease, finding out I'm dying and dealing with that.
12. Not being able to get an epidural (Amy F-when I got mine, I didn't care if they were sticking a needle into my spine).
13. Freezing or starving to death (sounds slow).

You are all just doom and gloom! Perfect post for Halloween. Good job Carrie!
In no p. order:
1. Sitting in an airplane that is not on the ground.
2. Running out of my medication and all pharmacies are out of it.
3. Scared I can't lose weight.
4. Scared I will lose weight and everything will sag.
5. Scared to throw a family party and no one shows up.
6. Scared everyone came to the party and I burned the food.
7. Not getting the Christmas gifts in the mail on time.
8. Running out of money before I have purchased all the gifts.
9. I hate scary movies.
10. Snakes, did anyone think of snakes!
11. Scared I may have forgotten something I should have repented for.
12. Scared I won't measure up to all that I must do.
13. Running out of energy because there is so much I want to do.

Yes, reading yours and reading mine, you can certainly tell which one of us is over 60. ;-)

Oh, yeah, Mel said snakes. Good. She is SMRT.

Yeah, I should have said getting an epidural for one (maybe an epidural from an inexperienced anesthesiologist) and NOT getting one for another....because that IS actually scarier. When I had my son, I was like, "stick that thing in my back NOW!!" Ahhh...it was nice. Because of pain killer, I'll probably be brave enough to have another kid.

Also, I thought of another thing I'm afraid of.....being buried alive.
