Well, I'm at it again -- trying to buy a house. I didn't want to jinx it by writing about it, but some of you would want to know. So far, I've accepted the seller's counter-offer. I have next to get the inspector's report, on Saturday. I really hope this one goes through. I think it could work out for my [evil] purposes. It's a duplex, by the way, on a fifth of an acre. It sits on second west, between 4th and 5th north.
